Known
Email Issues:
Only open emails from
senders you know.
Use caution when opening emails with attachments.
Make sure you have Anti-Virus software to protect your email.
Do not click on any "REMOVE" options contained with the message as
they are just confirming your email address, but use the "block function"
contain with your email program or use the spam option if your ISP has one.
Don't forward "Good Luck Letter" or "Chain Letters" as they another way of
third Party vendors to get your email address for spamming, instead delete
and let the sender know. |

Spyware / Ad-Aware:

These type of programs are becoming more infectious
than viruses.
These programs are small executable files downloaded via the internet or
email without your permission, and will cause the following symptoms:
Slow down your computer system and send information based on your surfing
habits and then send more Spyware / Ad-Aware to your computer.
Steal personal or general information from your computer to external servers
or third parties.

Surge Protectors on all computer hardware (Computers, Monitors, Printers,

Copy data to local media (Zip Drives, External Hard Drives, CD ROM's Drives,

Disk Space: |
To
free up disk space, emptying the Recycle Bin, and clear the Cache.
Start, Settings, Taskbar & Start
Menu... Start Menu Programs, Documents menu.
Or just replace your
existing drive with a bigger drive.

tab offers the following System Tools: ScanDisk, Backup and Defrag which can

should defrag your XP Windows Hard Drive at least once every 6 months as a good maintenance
policy.
