Windows OS Versions (Windows 10 or Windows 11 and Should you install?)
Windows 10 Home and Pro: End of Support Oct 14, 2025
If you already have a Windows 10 Computer/Laptop and was not designed to run with Windows 11, then don't install the upgrade, even if prompted too.
Run all other updates but not Windows 11 install, as this can create issues with drivers for older Computers/Laptops and or if the manufacture does not support the Windows 11, (This you can look up on the manufactures support pages, if it does not show Windows 11, then don't install!!).
If your computer/laptop is running slow, then backup your data and reinstall Windows 10 fresh and even replace the Hard Drive with a replacement Solid State (Digital) SATA Drive for improved performance and increase system memory if it can be upgraded.
Windows 11 should only be used on computers/laptops designed to run the Windows OS.
