Fake Business Emails

Typical Fake Email:

If you receive emails from internet websites or businesses claiming there is a suspicious purchase or activity on your account, do not respond, but check your account directly with the business merchant or check your online credit statements or cards.

A tell tell sign is if you move your mouse curser over the link "Verify Account" this will have a total different URL website than the business it claims to be and in this case use your email spam blocker provided with your internet service or email provider. (Most Internet Services Provide a basic spam blocker)
